As this product is a service-based accommodation booking, we do not accept physical returns. Once a booking is confirmed, the villa is reserved exclusively for you for the selected dates.

⭐ Refund Policy

To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling, our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund.

• 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund, as the dates are blocked and prepared for your stay.

Changes to Booking Dates

• Date changes are allowed one time only, subject to availability.

• Requests must be made at least 10 days before check-in.

No-Show Policy

• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

Cancellation by Host

In the rare event we need to cancel due to operational or safety reasons, guests will receive:

• A full refund, or

• An option to reschedule without any extra cost.
