    Bad Weather Conditions

    • If fishing is cancelled due to rain, lightning, or unsafe water conditions, guests may choose:

      • Full refund, or

      • Reschedule without extra fee

    Equipment Refunds

    • Refund available only for defective items or wrong items delivered

    • Must be requested within 7 days with receipt

    Host-Initiated Cancellations

    • Full refund or complimentary reschedule
