Inside the villa premises – open to villa guests and public visitors (reservation required)

⭐ Return Policy

As this is a consumable food & beverage and service-based experience, we do not accept returns once the order is prepared or the session has started.

For merchandise (e.g., cups, beans, tools):

• Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items within 7 days of purchase.

• Proof of purchase is required.

⭐ Refund Policy

Food & Beverage Orders

• Once an order is prepared or served, no refunds can be issued.

• If there is an error on our side (e.g., wrong drink served), we will replace it at no extra cost.

Coffee Experience / Workshop

• More than 7 days before session: Full refund

• 3–7 days before session: 50% refund

• Less than 3 days before session or no-show: No refund

• One-time rescheduling allowed, subject to availability

Merchandise Refunds

• Refunds allowed only for defective or wrong items.

• Refund must be requested within 7 days with receipt.

Host-Initiated Cancellations

If the session or café service needs to be cancelled due to operational or safety reasons:

• Guests receive a full refund or

• A complimentary reschedule.
